Overall very happy experience purchasing from cbb. I bought a 2017 x1 from them.. Robert was the sales person and he was very easy to work with..all through the purchase there was no pressure.. They don't try to push tosell side products and warranties etc to make additional profit.. I felt they were honest and straight forward dealers to deal with.. Couple of experiences that I was not 100% happy with but still leaving all stars as I belive it was something they overlooked rather than intentionally done.. One was that when I test drove the car the tire pressure warning was shown.. When they handed over keys they promised it was taken care of.. But next day the warning came again and when I checked I realized they didn't inflate the tires but just reset the warning.. Second was that I had to give the car back for internal detail.. But I believe they rather than doing full detail only cleaned the areas that had stains and in this process didn't clean the entire car.. But I will overlook above two things and still highly recommend the dealer.. More
