Jeff took multiple pictures and shot a number of detailed videos to give me the best representation of the car he possibly could. This was important as I was buying from out of state. Jeff worked diligently with the finance manager to lower my rate by a full point based on the initial rate offer and was able to search out a reasonably priced warranty that specifically suited my needs for milage and months required. The car was priced fairly so there was not a great desire for me to engage in the uncomfortable process of haggling. All in, I am a happy customer who will no doubt give CBB my first look when I am next in the market for another vehicle. More
