This was my first time to Certified Benz and Beemer. I seen a car I liked online and luckily got Danny when I called. He was the type of person that I like to deal with, had loads of information and didn' seen a car I liked online and luckily got Danny when I called. He was the type of person that I like to deal with, had loads of information and didn't mind explaining the car to me on the phone. I filled him in on my trade in and we went from there. Called i later that day and he spend time showing me the car and taking a test drive. Everything was as we discussed on the phone and none of the BS other dealer try to pull with add ons. He explained the price over the phone and this is what the price was, sounds like it should be but I have went to other garages in the past who try add on all sorts of extras like reconditioning fee etc. I was very impressed with CBB dealership, and with Danny as the salesman. I bought a 2 year old BMW and it's a beauty- very happy customer who will start here next time I need a new car More

His friendly manner and professional demeanor allowed us to take our time in making a decision about buying a car, even though our intention was not to buy a car when we walked in. You know, “just looking.” Jeff took his time with us and was very patient as we worked through this decision in our minds. It was obvious Jeff had integrity, experience and a perception about customers that other salesmen we’ve dealt with definitely did not have. We appreciated his honesty and his knowledge. The finance part of it was fast and easy, as Mr. Carter helped us through the maze of paperwork. The sales manager even thanked us for our business.
