''Good To Bad Experience'' No issues with the purchase of the truck, i cant say anything bad about the salesmen he was great! After weeks of driving the engine light popped on a No issues with the purchase of the truck, i cant say anything bad about the salesmen he was great! After weeks of driving the engine light popped on and i took it in. Service worked on it and fixed other issues but not the engine light. After several visits with engine light on they could not find the issue. They let me know that they are taking the truck to Chevy to have them look at it. Chevy found the issue Number 8 Cylinder bad injector. Now i get a call saying it will cost me 1000.00 and i explained that it is a pre-existing issue that covered under warranty. I get a call back saying we will go 50/50 with you! So i ask why should i have to pay anything. Because i have put 6000 miles on truck and it could have been anything in that time frame. But when Chevy found the issue it was a stored code so if there was any other issues they would have found them also. I'm very mechanically inclined and now have to find the time to replace all the injectors since the whole intake has to come off why not replace them all. I'm really pissed that i spend 35,000+ and they will not take care of it! I guess that's what i get for going against my better judgement and going to a real Dealership. More
