Honestly the best salesmanship I’ve ever had and a great dealership experience. There wasn’t any pressure from even my initial contact about the vehicles availability. I was able look and drive any vehicle at my leisure to make sure I was making a good decision, both financially and for my own happiness. Plus the purchase experience was quick and painless. Once I had make the decision the buy the Audi it was painless to handle the paperwork and I was out in about a hour. He detailed the entire process upfront, helped with the person I hired to inspect the car, aided in the shipping process and even assisted with a hiccup with the shipper after the sale. We have bought 2 cars there prior and the service is always great. While we ultimately didn’t purchase a car this time, it wasn’t because of anything specific just didn’t find the right one there. The only thing I am not a fan of is the “QR code” on every car that you have to scan to get any info (including the simple price). By the time we were done looking, I probably had 50 windows open on my phone to close. Good old window stickers work just fine... More
