Got cashier's check in hand, had credit pulled, had mechanic agree to come out to look over Such a mixture of a great experience and a terrible, one. Got cashier's check in hand, had credit pulled, had mechanic agree to come out to look over the vehicle with everything ready to go, was told we could close in 40 mins by Andy Manahl . He was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Which seemed to be leading towards a great experience (Which is why I felt blindsided upon arrival and lied to.) Originally, everything was quick and I was kept up to date. After confirming multiple times that everything would be good to go and the vehicle would be there. Asked again "with your 16 years of experience, is there anything else we need to take care of?" Andy told me that after I had my wives credit pulled then everything will be perfect and ready to go. Was told they would hold the vehicle. Agreed on prices. Drove all the way down to this location. Showed up 3 hours before my appointment only to find out that they JUST sold the car as I was on my way and tried to show me another vehicle. Did they sell the vehicle out from under me? Was never told that someone else was showing interest in the vehicle. Maybe there was something terribly wrong with the vehicle they didn't want to have found out? (With having a mechanic with me) I researched many dealerships and felt confident in this one with their great reviews, which are so clearly UNDESERVED. I have no idea how such a TERRIBLE dealership has earned rewards. Only to be lied to, only to have my time wasted, my credit pulled for no reason, classic bait and switch (which you would normally see at 1-2 star dealerships. Absolute WASTE OF TIME, don't waste yours. Guess we'll return the cashiers check for the amount we agreed on. Update: Andy was apologetic for wasting my time. And continued to stay in touch attempted to find other vehicles that interested me. I ended up buying 2 cars from another dealership, but overall compared to the other salesmen I've been working with, he was the most attentive. I've modified my sour review to a decent experience as it was not perfect, seeing I was unable to get my car despite how much work we did towards the deal. I do believe he did his best, so it took the review from 1 star back up to 4. It could have been a 5 star experience with my new audi rs3 had it not been sold a few moments before my arrival. Maybe it's a fluke but when you're spending near 60k you'd like to have no "shadyness" and a nice ease of mind More
