He was knowledgeable and pleasant and my overall experience with him was outstanding. If only all car salesman could be as enjoyable and enthusiastic as Robert. Now in the finance portion of my experience it immediately took a turn for the worse. When I met David Guglielmo I immediately felt uneasy. He was very unprofessional with not only me but with my mother who accompanied me. He broke almost every ethical ruler there is. He discussed politics and religion. When something didn’t seem to go right on the dealers end, he told us we should “pray to a God of our choice” and when it worked out he asked if we prayed, we told him no and he said he did and told us how he was Catholic. He also told me I was being fussy when one of his pens didn’t work and I had to grab another one. Towards the end he said, and I quote, “Your car is a stinker and that is me being polite.” Last but certainly not least he Continually mentioned how he couldn’t wait to get home so he could work out and thought that his work day was going to be an early one. In conclusion, David completely ruined my experience for buying my first car and destroyed my excitement. Something I can never get back and I hope actions are taken so he doesn’t do this to anyone else. More
