He had my info in hand from my earlier reservation call, showed me where I could wait, coffee, etc. They performed the recall software update, as well as ran several other checks to insure my truck was functioning correctly. I had trouble that morning with a dead battery, which they decided should be replaced under warranty. I have recommended this dealer to a large number of folks, many who have had similar experiences that I always have there. More

Yet Mr. Fleenor said he did not have on the lot a used model I was interested in, but had a 2016 model that was similar and in the color I wanted, including a generous price incentive. He actually knew something about the new car and the features (bells & whistles) that seemed best suited for me! After the test drive, I knew it was the car for me. I had no intention of buying a new car when I drove onto the Champion Chevrolet Cadillac dealership lot. I felt he was not interested in just making a sale, but wanted me to have options and as much information possible beforehand. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation. Financing was completed in a efficient and professional manner. More
