Very disappointed in my most recent service visit. I took my 2024 Blazer RS with 30 000 miles on it, in because the transmission is slipping. I told them it happens between 40 and 70 MPH and most ofte I took my 2024 Blazer RS with 30 000 miles on it, in because the transmission is slipping. I told them it happens between 40 and 70 MPH and most often when in a climb such as a hill. I told them it happens very frequently during interstate travel and they may need to drive it a few minutes/miles to get it to do it. I set the alert in My Chevy ap to notify me when it left the dealership and when it came back. It was gone 4 minutes total..in Johnson City traffic around 4 pm. "We couldn't replicate the issue" was my answer. of course you couldn't...you didnt try. They also told me to have a passanger video it if it happened again. I am unsure how you video something you feel happening and cant see? More

I have purchased numerous trucks and corvettes and recently a Black Raven Escalade and communication was terrible, at best. I just purchased a truck from the sales lady Kristen a year previous as well recently a Black Raven Escalade and communication was terrible, at best. I just purchased a truck from the sales lady Kristen a year previous as well. I recall the same issue back then unless they needed me for something, which they did. They called begging me to come back and sign paperwork again 3 weeks after purchase because Eastman didn’t like it for whatever reason. Kristen swore there wasn’t any room for wiggle on the price on the truck and said the same for the Escalade. I gave her the benefit of the doubt with the 2nd vehicle, hoping she would give me a little bit of a break instead of worrying about lining her pocket, but money isn’t everything. The old saying, “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice….” Yea. I’d recommend anybody else, and I don’t even know any of the other salesmen/women. And those finance fellas will come at you like vultures as well and get upset if you deny their added protection plan. Nice vehicles on the lot, though! More
