Car we looked at was being used by employee as demo car so when walked out to test drive it, there was a chew cup and chew containers & other personal items in it. I decided to buy it that day and signed o so when walked out to test drive it, there was a chew cup and chew containers & other personal items in it. I decided to buy it that day and signed off on all my paperwork after the dealership set up our financing; my husband needed to return on Friday (2 days later) because he works OTR. This gave them time to send the car through the certification process & detail & wash it, etc. so it would be ready to go first thing Friday morning. When we arrived Friday morning my husband wanted to test drive it quick and there was the employee’s personal mail sitting in it. They claimed it was already through the certification process and just need to be filled with gas, washed & detailed yet. There was a stain in the backseat that was going to require some work (from the personal use as was not in the photos). They did this while my husband signed off on his part of the paperwork. While we waited the salesman stopped to ask if the finance guy gave us our temporary tags. We told him no. He went to get them and they walked back out together to inform us that they never took out the fee for the plates in the deal that supposedly their “system” had a glitch and took out for title & taxes but hit plates for anyone who they processed purchases for for the past 48 hours so we’d need to pay for them when they get shipped to the dealer in the next week or two. While I was happy to find a quality car that was certified so I could use my GM Reward points on the deal, as well as putting another $2,000 down on top of that - they did the very bare minimum of their job to make the sale. We had to ask what things were (not that we didn’t know but why aren’t you informing us as we go through each page?) we were signing, look for extra warranties that we didn’t want to have them take that back off the cost to get at the number out the door we wanted and the payment we wanted to be at. It was all way too loosey goosey for us. Not sure if the finance guy was new or what? If I didn’t like our salesman & the car wasn’t what we wanted -we probably wouldn’t have walked. Nice professional building and good quality selection but people are definitely doing just the bare bone minimum to collect a paycheck and make you feel like a number. More

The salesman didn’t seem to care much about anything other than taking our money. They didn’t even fill the car up fully and wouldn’t replace the key fob in the battery. Then right before we left, thank other than taking our money. They didn’t even fill the car up fully and wouldn’t replace the key fob in the battery. Then right before we left, thankfully I noticed that they gave us the wrong registration. That added 15 extra minutes onto our experience. Overall they are interested in taking your money with doing the minimal amount of work. The only reason I gave them two stars was because the lady who came down to count my cash was very friendly and funny. I would not do business with these people in the future. More
