I had an opportunity to pick up my vehicle two days earlier and called requesting a very short, unexpected time frame only a few hours in advance. Andrea admitted that they were very busy but would definitely get me in if that worked best for me. Andrea and Laura Belledin both stayed beyond their scheduled hours to make sure that all paperwork was understood. They were very relaxed, friendly, and never made me feel that we should be rushing through the process because of the inconvenience I had placed upon them. More
Because of my credit issues and the fact I did not want to buy a newer vehicle, many dealers would not deal with me. Andrea and Reggie at Dugan were the total opposite. They both worked to get me in a reliable vehicle I could afford. Plus Laura in the finance department went the extra mile to get me an affordable loan. I was a bit disappointed when I later learned that the "final inspection" was not made when the car was turned over to me. However, the good people at Dugan admitted the oversight plus offered me a loaner vehicle for about a week while the service department conducted its "final inspection" and the necessary repairs. I appreciate their honesty and the extra mile they went to make everything right. The next time I need another vehicle for my family or for my husband's business I will definitely be going to Dugan first. More
Wanted a new car but it wasn't in the budget. Aaron worked with us and got us a used car that was as good as new. We buy cars for the long haul (at least 150,000 miles). I was very happy with my visit too dugan chevy. When I got there and walked in the door i was greeted by Scott Lawless. I told him up front that i wanted too sit down. He said that thats the way he likes too do businees up front with his customers.Ive heard that line before wasnt the first new car i had bought. But after talking with Scott he meant what he said. Scott was honest with me from the start. He treated you like a person not a sale. He joked with you had a normal coversation made you feel relaxed. He worked with me and my trade which wasnt easy i owed more than it was worth. I had tried a few other dealerships and they were a waste of time. I had never been too dugan before but i wiil go back again. Once we got too and agreement. Scott had rusty come out and talk with me. He explained everything and was very helpful. .I would recommend dugan too anyone...thank you..Larry . More
Watch the labor rate! When the average cost to employ a nurse is under $50/hr. why should a dealership charge $100/hr. for their service (not including the shop fees and "Other Parts")? BLOATED profit margins and the need to make up the operating losses on the sales side. You're far better off finding a garage that does't have to charge you for losses in other areas of it's business. They're friendly and do quality work, but they're going to overcharge you in the name of "Everybody is doing it" or "It's the going rate"! More

Friendliness was good, no push to buy today at first. After test drive it was time to talk price. This may or may not have been true and made me feel like he was pressuring us to buy. I asked if we could change a few optional itams and was told this was the way the car was ordered by the owner and they could not change them. Asked for one additional optional item and was told they would put it on free (was under $50). Ageed to pay the price asked for and would return to the showroom later that day. When we returned the salesman was with another customer but got to us as soon as possible. Paper work was taken care of, deposit was made and we agreed to come back later to sign the finance forms. When we returned, we were told the optional item will be in addition to the price agreed for the vehicle. This amount was not a great deal but shows me either they don't remember what they tell customers or are trying to get every penny they can from them. The finance officer goes through many items that will cost you more and tries to make you feel like they are needed. I would recommend this dealer based on price alone. More
