Very personable and extremely connective. He made sure that the vehicle I chose made sense as well as satisfied my needs. I appreciate his help tremendously! He is an honest man, and I know that if I sent a friend here they would get the best deal possible. Friendliness: As I aforementioned, Everyone I talked to here seemed to have the biggest smiles on their faces, as did I. Although, probably for different reasons... but that is beside the point. Every employee asked me how my day was, how I was feeling about the process, and made it as comfortable as possible. Price: I searched around for about a week on the internet as well as driving past some dealerships near my workplace, and I found that Dugan had the lowest prices on the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ including the RS Package. Most other dealers had their cars listed at $26,000 - $29,000. I purchased mine, with a $1500 rebate that I am very thankful for, for a total of about $23,000. Overall Experience: I enjoyed my time here at Dugan Chevrolet. It was an extremely welcoming and comfortable place to be. If I had to have a "knock" of it I would have to say that spending 8 hours of my day here was not my original plan. I have to admit that I am a reluctant car shopper. My husband typically does all of the legwork and then I will come in and sign the paperwork. We were not in a situation where we needed a new vehicle. But if the deal was right, I was open to getting something new. We were looking at either a new Tahoe LTZ or a Yukon Denali. My experience at Dugan was far different than what I have previously experienced at other dealers. First off, the dealership itself has a very relaxed atmosphere. You can get out of your car without being swarmed by sales people. Aaron Glaze was our salesman. His approach is relaxed, friendly and non-aggressive which immediately put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, 17 years in car sales, and is willing to take a lot of time to explain options, etc. The negotiation on the value of our trade took less than 15 minutes and we were very satisfied with the value we settled on. We were also eligible for for a GM discount through my father-in-law but he was retired and was not sure about how to get the authorization number. Aaron walked us through the process and we were able to get the authorization online. Aaron took care of a lot of the leg work before we returned to the dealer to minimize the amount of time we had to spend there. When we returned to finalize our purchase, Aaron was out wiping off the vehicle and making sure it looked perfect. We got right in to Rusty Lasley, the finance guy. He also has a friendly, relaxed manner. I asked a lot of questions about the various charges and documents that I was signing. He was happy to answer all of my questions. There are a lot of add ons the auto finance industry offers. Rusty presented the options along with the pros and cons of each and let us decide what, if any, would be a smart buy for us. There was no pressure there. Also, the car had pinstripes that I did not like. Aaron had them removed and Rusty refunded the cost back to us. Aaron finished up by giving us a tour of the service department and giving us a coupon for our first service for free. He also paired my cellphone and showed me how to use the Bluetooth technology. I think in total we spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. We were by no means rushed and I felt like both Aaron and Rusty would have spent whatever time we required. It was their level of efficiency that made the process go so quickly. I would definitely use Dugan and Aaron again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. More

We have been buying new vehicles from Dugan Chevy for approx 13yrs, actually directly through Gary Thompson. After our first transaction with Gary and Dugan Chevrolet, we were hooked. This was where we knew we could trust we were getting the best deal for us and not feel we were being "taken". Gary has always bended over backwards to make sure we got the car/truck we wanted, with the amenities we asked for and the price we could afford. What more can you ask for? Well, actually Gary did deliver more. He made it personal. He made us feel we're just not a customer but a friend and a long time contact with whom we have referred family and friends to. As we all know when it's time to go into the finance office and sign all those papers, it's pretty scary. Well, not at Dugan with Laura Belledin handling the paperwork for you. Geez, there's a lot of papers, but Laura is so professional and knowledgable about what she's doing, she immediatley puts you at ease. We would both highly recommend Dugan Chevrolet and especially Gary Thompson to any one who would listen that is in the market for a new automobile. Donnie was very polite to both me and my daughter making sure we were happy and comfortable while handling all the paperwork. When I got to the part of signing all my paperwork Laura made sure I understod everything and didn't cover anything up. There were a few questionable things on the truck and Laura is still getting in touch with me on the answers, most people wouldn't continue to care about the customer once they drove off the lot.
