First off, my significant other and I both agree we will be returning customers in the future! I bought an '05 Pontiac Grand Prix and this is the first vehicle I've bought by myself as I'm college-aged and be returning customers in the future! I bought an '05 Pontiac Grand Prix and this is the first vehicle I've bought by myself as I'm college-aged and young. I'm from Jasper, IN which is almost 3 hours from Dugan Chevrolet. I found the GP on Autotrader and called up about it on Monday and talked to Robin. She was very friendly and confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot. Through out the week I called up once a day to make sure it was still there as I sold my then vehicle and tied up ends with my bank. On Friday I sold my car and was approved... I then called up to Dugan one last time before making the trip to make sure it was still on the lot... I was kind of thrown a curve ball at this point(very last-minute after I've been dealing with them daily for the past five days..) with details of the taxes on the vehicle, which is the reason I gave my overall experience a 4 instead of a 5. However, I asked to be transferred to a salesperson and was sent to Scott. He was helpful and worked out the details with me(in my favor, luckily!). At this point it was 4 PM and they closed at 6. I explained that I had sold my other vehicle and really needed this car ASAP as I work two jobs and couldn't really get another day off to take the trip. He told me to go ahead and come up and that they would get it done for me that night. We didn't make it there until 7 PM (He's stayed an hour over by now) and they had the Grand Prix sitting right out front, ready for me to test drive. After the drive, I decided it was for me. He and one of the financial associates (I don't remember this gentleman's name, but he was nice and explained the process to me well). Scott had and awesome attitude and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvience at all (though its nearly 8 PM and he was supposed to leave at 6). He also had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained while the paperwork was being fille out. I purchased the Grand Prix in early August and it's now September. So far, so good! It runs smooth and looks great! I have a friend looking to buy a Chevy Sonic from the Jasper area and I recommended Scott/Dugan Chevrolet to him. Awesome experience for a first-time buyer, as long as I drive GM products I will be a Dugan customer! More

Shopping for new cars isn't something that I usually like to do. There's something about car dealerships and car salesmen that normally make me very nervous and anxious. From the time we walked in the door at Dugan, until the time we drove away with our new car, I felt nothing but good vibes. Aaron immediately greeted us with a smile and a hand shake as we walked into the building. He offered refreshments and also played a movie for our children to watch. He focused solely on what we were looking for and did not try to push other deals or vehicles on us. He slowly took away the anxiety and stress that I was feeling that day. I could tell early on that he was a genuine person. I was very satisfied with his service and I will be back to see him again one day. More

The person who made my shopping experience so positive was Dave Blanck who was so personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Not only did he have substantial knowledge about the vehicle, but he also continuously made sure that I was confident with my decision – I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was incredibly fair from the start – little to no haggling was necessary. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and the staff member I worked with. It was positive experience and I will definitely visit this dealership again. More

We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter and opted not to pay for the optional warranty. A few days later we had some unanticipated problems with the car, and took it in for evaluation. We fully expected to pay for the repairs ourselves, because we knowingly chose no warranty. The service department consulted with the sales department, and the decision was made by Dugan to make the repairs at no cost to us because it had been less than a week since our purchase. Dugan Chevrolet utilizes responsible business practices, and they are committed to the community they serve. We have previously taken our other cars there for service, and will continue to do so in the future. More
