I had been in a wreck and totaled my car, so car hunting was very nerve-racking for me. Aaron met me at the door, and started zeroing in on what I needed. He was very kind and very personable. We went into purchase a replacement vehicle for our car that was totaled in a car accident. We had a very limited timeframe to make it all happen. Laura and the sales staff were fabulous at getting it al that was totaled in a car accident. We had a very limited timeframe to make it all happen. Laura and the sales staff were fabulous at getting it all done so quickly. It was a fantastic deal, they went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate and all discounts possible. We ended up trading in our other car and walking off the lot with two brand new cars. Between my husband and I, we have six cars there now, and I could not imagine going anywhere else. More

We have worked with many of the folks at Dugan Chevrolet over the past 20+ years, and the quality of sales and service are above anything I have experienced in other industries. Gary Thompson is a comitted over the past 20+ years, and the quality of sales and service are above anything I have experienced in other industries. Gary Thompson is a comitted sales person that my wife and I have felt comfortable with for the past 2 vehicles. Jim Crosley has been terrific as well. My feeling is you could not do better anywhere. The trade in price was fair and the "get you started with your new car" was well presented. We feel "Right at home" at Dugan. Also Kudos to the oil change and service areas too. Go there and you will see! More
