Service advisor was friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Seats are hard, magazines on tables, no place to plug in a phone, no place to sit and work on a laptop Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Seats are hard, magazines on tables, no place to plug in a phone, no place to sit and work on a laptop, empty coffee dispenser, a TV, seems more like an employee lounge. In dire need of an update. Recommend visiting Andy Mohr Nissan for a suggestion of what a customer waiting area should look like. It should encourage people to want to visit the dealership to have their vehicles serviced. Instead, it makes the wait rather grueling. Even a simple update of the furniture to be comfortable to sit in would be an improvement. Again, the service itself and the advisor saved this review from getting less than 3 stars. More
