Very professional , and felt completely at home. My son was actually buying the car. I was impressed that even though he arrived hrs before me, Tommy took his time with him and never pushed or rushed him i was actually buying the car. He test drove several vehicles in several price ranges and in different styles and makes. Tommy made sure we knew the pros and cons for each vehicle as they related to my sons wants and needs. We never felt like Tommy was pushing a vehicle on us, but gave us great options and gave us time to consider the merits of each vehicle.
