Whenever we pull into the lot to browse, Greg recognizes us and comes out to ask how we are- never any pressure of any kind, just always willing to help. He makes us feel like he's a friend doing that little extra every time. Test driving every car I'm curious about is a breeze, and Greg is so knowledgable on all of them. He's very patient, as I am especially fickle, and if the car I have interest in isn't on the lot, he works tirelessly to find one and bring it there for us. Once he finds us that perfect vehicle, negotiations are quick and painless-no playing games, just always a great price and a fair trade-in offer. It took 15 minutes from start to finish- not the usual 3 or 4 hours it takes at any other dealer! They stand behind their vehicles, too, w/ excellent follow up service. Honesty and trustworthiness are so important when making any big purchase, and we always know we will find it at Chignoli Auto.
