Great Service I am going on 8 years with this dealership and I plan on staying for many more. The service team is excellent. I always see Ann because she brighten I am going on 8 years with this dealership and I plan on staying for many more. The service team is excellent. I always see Ann because she brightens my day. The rest of the crew, Pam, Joe, John, and Todd are also on top of their game. They make my visits effortless and comfortable. Whether I'm in trouble or just in need of service they are extremely accommodating. Thanks guys! More

Outstanding Service With Honesty, Integrity and Accuracy I have owned Infinitis exclusively for the past 25 years, and typically more than one simultaneously. No matter their age, I always take them to Circle Infiniti for routine maintenance service and all major repairs primarily because of their Service Consultant John DiLieto. John gives me the confidence that the problem is being addressed properly, accurately, and providing an honest assessment of the situation. He takes the time to explain the mechanics behind what needs repair and why. His technical knowledge, and the manner in which he explains it is reassuring. I also have confidence that the repairs were done correctly thru his thorough follow up. When I pick up my car, I always feel it was done right. During personal difficult financial periods when several repair issues arise, John guides me thru which ones are critical to fix today, and which ones can wait until my situation changes. This is a very refreshing posture compared to the typical up-sell practices of many auto service centers. For that, John has EARNED MY RESPECT, and I always return the vehicles to him when my situation improved for the repairs we delayed. He is the single reason why I always bring my cars to the dealership when repairs are required even for cars over 10 years old. This is also why when I call for service, I insist on talking to John. The confidence John gives me is worth every incremental penny of dealership service prices. I plan on owning many more Infinitis in the years to come. I hope that John will be there for that duration! Oh,...and a big shout out to Yuri, the Valet. Always greets me with a big smile, makes me feel like a valued customer and part of the family! He's the icing on the cake. His name should be included in the check list on this web site. He is the first and last face you see, therefore very impactful, when you arrive at Circle Infiniti for service. More

Why would I bring my car anywhere else?- I.T. As usual, I had a pleasant and memorable experience working with the Service Advisors at Cirlce. This visit, I worked with John DiLieto on the way in As usual, I had a pleasant and memorable experience working with the Service Advisors at Cirlce. This visit, I worked with John DiLieto on the way in when I dropped off my vehicle, and Anne Maria Trapani on the way out when I picked it up. John was very approachable and friendly, and thoroughly explained to me what the Service Technician would be doing with my vehicle. Ann Maria was extremely welcoming and friendly as well, and took the time to go over the completed work order with me, advising me along the way about potential future concerns. She also provided me with her business card so that I may contact her should the need arise in the future. My family members have collectively been customers for more than 25 years and have only had pleasant experiences. I myself am a customer of almost 10 years, and can gladly say the same. Every 5K miles, I look forward to seeing the eager, knowledgeable, friendly faces of the Circle Family, particularly Ann Maria, John, Pam, and of course, Yuriy Kulik the Valet Attendant, who all make the process seem so easy and seamless. Worked directly with John Dilieto who knew my entire account and recommended the correct service based on my history. Didn't just recommend everything only what was truly needed. More

Excellent Service Department I became part of the infinity family in December 2018. Best customer service I was washing my car this week and noticed suds bubbling up on one of my tires. Sure enough I found a screw in it. I called up my service rep.
