Today on a busy monday i called Pam and sai i have been with circle infiniti for about 8 years now and have been using their service department since. Today on a busy monday i called Pam and said because of my crazy work schedule i need to come in at 3 for service and must be out by 4 to get back to work. she agreed without any hesitation, i was in at 3:02, handed over the keys grabbed some coffee and caught up on emails and was out by 3:50 with my oil change, new filters, tire inspection and a full wash.
