I purchased a vehicle from Ricky 6 years ago (VW Jetta). It was nice to see that he’s still employed with the company. Ricky was very pleasant to work with then and still is. I dread the entire car dealership experience, however, having Ricky as my sales rep made it a breeze. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive like others I’ve encountered. As always, professional, right in point buying experience. Narcis was on top and beyond our expectations. Within the last 20 years we purchased our VW from him and will continue in future.
