The level of customer service given by Mario and the dealership in general was superlative. Ricky and the team at this Volkswagen dealership were so easy to work with: patient, trustworthy, and just seemed to be overall good people. We were able to test drive the car as long as we wanted, given ti easy to work with: patient, trustworthy, and just seemed to be overall good people. Very disappointed with their sales tactics providing incorrect information on the website about included features of the car like Sunroof, Blind Spot monitoring etc which the car did not even have. Bett incorrect information on the website about included features of the car like Sunroof, Blind Spot monitoring etc which the car did not even have. Better verify the window sticker on carfax report than referring their website for vehicle information, included packages. I felt this was a very unethical business practice to get customers to dealership and then apologies and waste everyone's time. Very bad!!! More
