I told him I would think about the car over lunch. After examining my options, I did return to City VW for the car but also for the great customer service Ricky provided. Once we reached a deal, he was very attentive through the whole process. He directed me to the right people for each step. Made me feel at home and comfortable with my decision. I have bought 3 other cars and this was by far the quickest process. I believe I was out of the door with the final paperwork within 2/3 hrs.
