I came to Cityside Subaru with the hopes of finding a reliable vehicle that would keep me safe, was affordable, and would last me several years. I commute a lot for work and was already several thousand above the miles for my existing lease. Flavio approached me kindly when I walked in and gave me all the support I needed to make the right choices. He was kind, understanding, and never pushed me to make a decision. As I said earlier, I've only ever had negative experiences with car dealerships and was quite hesitant coming into this process. Flavio was a huge help to me and could not have been a kinder more respectful employee - I am very thankful to have him be the one to help me purchase my first car and I love it! More
