Saw car on Sunday, drove home on Mon. NO hard sell!! Mike asked what I wanted in a car, & after I told him that I was moving on from sedan to something else for more storage space, I look at a mini-SUV. Mike asked what I wanted in a car, & after I told him that I was moving on from sedan to something else for more storage space, I look at a mini-SUV. “No,” Mike said, “ it’s the same area space as the hatchback, & you don’t need the off-road capability. You’ll be happier w Impreza Hatchback. SO true! I just drove home in my new hatchback, & it felt perfect! He could have easily “sold” me on a more expensive car, but he didn’t. And Mike the finance staffer did a thorough review of my purchase. I still love Patrick Subaru, but it’s too far from home & I now love Cityside. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Mike & Mike!
