He made my wife and me immediately comfortable, listened to our needs and was incredibly articulate in explaining what automobile would best serve our interests. He took an inordinate amount of time explaining an incomprehensible electronic system. By the way, we had to return to have him explain again how the electronics worked. We're old and therefore not very adept with these new fangled devices but he gave it another try. Above all, the interactions were mixed with good humor. I actually got a phone call alerting me to family emergency when I was in the process of buying the car, and had to leave. Crystal checked up to make sure I was ok, which was really nice of her. Once the emergency cleared, she was quickly able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable with all the new features (when I'd purchased my last car, the 6 CD changer was a big deal!) before I drove off the lot.
