Our third CitySide Subaru We just bought a Subaru Ascent (trading in one of our Forestera) from CitySide and we’re very happy. This is our third Subaru from CitySide and the experience has been great each time. We worked with Mark (and before with Flavio who was also great) and he made the experience seamless. He worked with us to get the Ascent we wanted at the right price without any hassle, and worked with us to give us fair value on our trade-in. We can’t remember the managers name, but the reason why we always go back to CitySide is that they never feel like they are selling us. They are just trying to help us make the best decision - and do it in a decidedly low-key way. I’ve interacted with a lot of other dealers and thats why we keep going back to CitySide. That and Subaru. Except for perhaps Tesla, there’s no other car we plan to own. They are just the best. More

Buying made easy We did our research and determined what model we probably wanted (Forester Touring). We did a test drive in a lower trim at the dealer closest to us. That dealer had a limited inventory, so we drove over to Belmont to check out Cityside Subaru. We walked into the showroom and there -- closest to the door, the first car we walked past -- was the exact car we were considering, down to its very color. A sales associate offered to help us. She did an excellent job of presenting the car and it's various features. She was courteous, friendly, and professional, as was the finance person we dealt with three days later when we took delivery of the car. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in eastern Massachusetts. More
