Just a relaxed and pleasant experience. We are the type of people who wait until we really need a car before we buy. Then, we typically go in already knowing what we want. In fact, without hassles or pressure the dealership let us wander the dusty corners of the sales lot to find just the car we wanted. We remembered that six years ago when I purchased my Subaru with the salesman, Peter Rosenberg, that the experience was had been a very good one. Naturally we requested working with him again this time to buy my husband's car and made an appointment. What is great about working with Peter at Cityside is that he makes the experience fun. He is relaxed and has a great sense of humor. He listens well and does not pressure us into buying more than we need. Everything went very smoothly. The paperwork was also very smooth with Mike. I look forward to needing another car in 5 years and hope they are both still there. We will be back. More

Dan arranged all the details, including a very fair transaction, before we came in. Our in-person experience was nothing short of remarkable. Dan was fun to work with and ensured that all the paperwork, etc,. went smoothly. The finance guy was great, too. (John?) Dan sat in the car with us and covered every function. He set up our GPS home location, paired our phones and set up our favorite radio stations, and reviewed every function button in the car, patiently explaining all. He truly wanted us to be happy and provided his contact info, including his cell phone number, so we could call with any questions or issues. We not only drove off with the exact car we wanted, we had a great time getting it. I can't recommend them enough. More

Expedited sale with grace The last time I bought a car (my first Subaru), I used an elaborate Internet request for proposal process with regional Subaru dealers. This time, I w The last time I bought a car (my first Subaru), I used an elaborate Internet request for proposal process with regional Subaru dealers. This time, I wanted to keep it short and sweet. My son needed a car so he was going to get my old Subaru with its new clutch, while I was torn between buying a Forester or a Crosstrek. At CitySide, Peter was free so he arranged for a test drive. He let me take several cars out without coming along. That way I could get a feel for the cars instead of hearing a rundown of auto features. Deciding on the Crosstrek, I looked at dealers online who had the Crosstrek with the color and options I wanted. When I emailed Peter back, his offer was attractive and hassle-free. Peter is a great communicator who meshes customer preferences with dealer possibilities, without belaboring negotiating points. Once I'd bought my car, his explanation of the car's less obvious features was truly superb and efficient. Thank you Peter and CitySide! More
