At this point, I have bought two cars from Mark - 8 years apart. When we decided we needed a new car last month we thought about other makes than Subaru but really wanted to work with Mark because he makes u apart. Mark has the best customer care I have met since I started buying cars. This is my fifth car in my entire life. This being my third and the only new car I have owned he made me like Subaru more.
