Broke my stereotype of car salesmen Mark Foresta was a breath of fresh air when we walked into Cityside Subaru. We pretty much knew what we wanted, and he showed us all the options. He wasn't afraid to give his opinion, which I really appreciated when we posed various questions. We went on a long test drive, including time on the highway, as that was a concern of my husband's. He described accurately every step of the process, so there were no surprises. We picked up the car a few days later, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Mark even called to ask how I was enjoying the car and to answer any questions I had (which were several, as I've never had so many gidgets/gadgets to sort out). I'd recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone, especially if they can work with Mark. More

A complicated transaction made simple I contacted Cityside Subaru as my family prepared to move to Massachusetts from Taiwan. We wanted to test drive models at Taiwan dealerships, but purchase the car from them and handle the whole transaction over the internet from half way around the world. Peter was very helpful throughout the process, understood our situation and respected our time and schedules. By the time the day came to pick up the car, everything was ready (car, transaction details, registration, inspection, etc), the car (2016 Outback) is great, and Peter took the time to explain the features and provide some tips and tricks. Since I had only half a day to handle this whole thing, I was nervous that it would work out. Peter made sure all the details were taken care of. It was a pleasure to do business with Cityside and Peter in particular. More

Stress-free car purchasing experience! I had an excellent experience purchasing my Subaru Impreza at Subaru Cityside. I did not have to spend an excessive amount of time at the dealership, I had an excellent experience purchasing my Subaru Impreza at Subaru Cityside. I did not have to spend an excessive amount of time at the dealership, and I felt that every aspect of the decision-making process was entirely in my control. Things were explained clearly, and when I brought an offer from another dealership, Cityside was happy to match it and allow me to purchase the car from them, which was what I had wanted all along. Dan "Zip" Rzepnicki was a fantastic salesperson, and was immensely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure not to waste my time and was very respectful when I needed to ask many questions for clarity. Just a relaxed and pleasant experience. We are the type of people who wait until we really need a car before we buy. Then, we typically go in already knowing what we want. We remembered that six years ago when I purchased my Subaru with the salesman, Peter Rosenberg, that the experience was had been a very good one. Naturally we requested working with him again this time to buy my husband's car and made an appointment. What is great about working with Peter at Cityside is that he makes the experience fun. He is relaxed and has a great sense of humor. He listens well and does not pressure us into buying more than we need. Everything went very smoothly. The paperwork was also very smooth with Mike. I look forward to needing another car in 5 years and hope they are both still there. We will be back. More
