We agreed upon a price range before I went to the dealership and I ended up paying exactly what I wanted to pay. There were no games...just a quick and easy transaction. From start to finish, it only took about 40 minutes to agree on the final price, test drive the car and sign the purchase agreement. The car was ready when promised and the dealership did a great job with the vehicle prep. I would happily recommend Cityside to anyone I know. More

Awesome experience with Peter Rosenberg at Cityside Subaru Even though I am over 50, this was my first experience buying a new car on my own. I test drove a few other cars which were nice but just didn't have Even though I am over 50, this was my first experience buying a new car on my own. I test drove a few other cars which were nice but just didn't have a great fit for me. My friend had purchased a Subaru Outback and loved it. I was also impressed with the great reviews from Consumer Reports. I walked into Cityside and met Peter Rosenberg. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for in my new car and asked if I would drive the Forester first. As soon as we got in the car I loved the visibility which was one of my top concerns. During the test drive Peter reviewed all the features of the Forester that made it such a great car. We returned to the dealership to test drive the Outback. As soon as we got in I felt the difference- the Forester's cabin was boxier and to me roomier. I knew the Forester was the car for me but I want to do a little price checking since I was a Costco member and they have a car buying program. Peter happily wrote down the model of the car that included the options I wanted and said Cityside would match any written price. A week later I was back to test drive the car. Peter gave me the keys and told me to be back in an hour. I came home and made sure my two dogs could fit in the back comfortably and I could fit my hockey bag and stick. I even took my 18 year old for a test drive. I have now had my car for about a month and I am loving it! I have already recommended Peter to a number of friends who are interested in getting a new car. He makes the whole car buying process a breeze! More

We ended up going with the one he had instinctively knew we would want. We've now bought two cars from Peter, and I expect we'll be back for the next one. Buying a car is stressful...nothing Peter could do would change the nature of large purchases. But he made it as easy as possible, and was a really good advisor. Negotiating price was easy--Peter's first offer was quite fair, and right in the sweet spot of where our research said what we should pay. I rarely post reviews. Peter is the exception. More

The patience of Job, answering what, to him, must have been the most ridiculous questions! John in finance has probably not spent more time with any other customer! Again, patient, no pressure, responsive. This is the way car buying was probably meant to be! More

There wasn't the typical long waits and dragging out the process. We felt Junior and team were genuine and had a standard of integrity. Our buying process got a bit complicated but Junior and team were thorough and patient in dealing with all the logistics and working with us and our needs. Overall, great experience working with Junior and Cityside Subaru. We'd recommend them to anyone car shopping. More

It's hard to look at other makes (and I tried) after studying Consumer Reports and after owning a Subaru. Somewhere during those years I discovered Cityside. It is my go-to place for two reasons: Peter Rosenberg and their service department. Both I trust. From Peter I have purchased new as well as used Subarus. My latest purchase was a few weeks ago. Peter asks questions and listens carefully to what I need in a car, he negotiates fairly (I do my homework before that step), and he makes the buying experience enjoyable. Likewise, the service department fixes only what needs fixing and takes the time to educate me a bit on the inner workings of a great car, whatever the model. Cityside has it all. More
