When I went in, they stuck right to the deal we made with no attempts to change and no hidden markups. I came with online valuation sheets for my trade-in and they matched one. My car was a factory order with a very particular option bundle and they handled everything smoothly and the car arrived slightly ahead of schedule. When my car arrived, they arranged for financing with a better rate than my own credit union. They also took care of the RMV work right on site at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and laid back. I'm already in my new car and, for the first time ever, the whole process was a breeze. More

As it turned out, they could service my Impreza right then and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Service manager was pleasant, straightforward and professional, waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car came out shinier than it went in (exterior was washed.) We were pl My husband and I originally came in for a test drive, expecting to buy the car from a different dealership where we had a personal contact. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience with Mark Lidano: he was very helpful and knowledgeable and at no point did we feel like he was pushing us to talk about the actual purchase. His answers always appeared genuine. For instance, I asked him how much of a discount we can expect to get on a new car purchase, and he gave us the number that was in line with the discount from our friend at the other dealership. In the end, he assured us that he would match the price that we receive anywhere else. We ended up purchasing the car from him, and one month into it, have no regrets. One thing to note though is that I was disappointed with the John Melvin on the finance team. He pushed on us a few insurance products that we ended up signing up for after he promised us that we could change our minds within 90 days. After some research, it turned out that the insurance products were grossly overpriced. We tried cancelling, but he wouldn't return our calls. In the end, I resorted to contacting Mark Lidano, who offered to cancel them on our behalf. The cancellation was finalized a few days later. Overall, we had a great experience. If you go in, make sure you ask for Mark Lidano and try to stay away from John Melvin or at least take his advice with a grain of salt. More

nice but overpriced and lacking attention I had a key made for a 2015 Forester. The people were nice and the service was quick. But they failed to call me when they received the key.
