Too busy for cross checks. This is a very busy Subaru service center. My most recent trip would have been unnecessary if they took the time to cross-check or do a final review This is a very busy Subaru service center. My most recent trip would have been unnecessary if they took the time to cross-check or do a final review of the vehicle and all repairs BEFORE they return it to the customer. I had winter tires installed previously and had to come back because they put one of the tires on inside out. They are nice and accommodating when you bring up issues, but I feel like I shouldn't have to double check everything a professional does to my vehicle... I'm just lucky I grew up around cars and mechanics and I know when things aren't working right. I don't know whether they are under-staffed or just disorganized, but I don't prefer this service group. More

Great overall experience It was a pleasure to work with Mark Lidano. Despite his weak eyesight, he worked with us to our satisfaction. We bought a new 2016 Subaru Outback 2. It was a pleasure to work with Mark Lidano. Despite his weak eyesight, he worked with us to our satisfaction. We bought a new 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 I Limited with eye sight and added other options. The car was ready when promised with no surprises. Mark gave us a tutorial on how to use the different features on the vehicle. More

They Go the extra mile I went in for a routine maintainance and the service folks did a couple of little things that I could have done, but they just took care of them. First Oil change I recently attended Citi Subaru to have my outback serviced for the 1st time. Basically, oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told I I recently attended Citi Subaru to have my outback serviced for the 1st time. Basically, oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told I had to wait between 60 to 90 minutes. I ended-up staying 2 & ½ hours, even though I made the appointment 2 weeks before. Not to mention that I had to call to see when my 1st oil change was due. There is no communication form this dealership. Other than that, they were nice and courteous. More
