Great experience buying a Subaru Legacy with Alex We bought a brand new 2012 Subaru Legacy from Cityside at the end of 2011. As a new immigrant to the US, I was somewhat horrified by the standard of We bought a brand new 2012 Subaru Legacy from Cityside at the end of 2011. As a new immigrant to the US, I was somewhat horrified by the standard of service I had hitherto experienced with other dealerships to that point. America is supposed to be THE service oriented economy in the Free world. So much for my high expectations. I'd been to a number of other dealerships for brands such as Honda, Nissan, Kia and Volkswagen. The brands were great, their retailers were dismal, and that was based on having booked appointments. With Cityside, I just dropped in on the offchance, and was immediately impressed. In contrast to the other dealerships, I was received warmly by Alex, with no hint of pressure tactics. I was gently eased into the buying process at my own leisure. He even let me test drive the car on my own. Having been made to wait an hour for a test drive at a nearby Honda dealership (an appointment had been made, they'd simply forgotten to collect the car from their storage facility), the contrast was striking. I hadn't even test driven the Honda as we couldn't be bothered waiting any longer. Having purchased the car, Alex left useful post-it notes in the manual demarcating the most pertinent pieces to read. This must have taken him some time. Everything went smoothly, everybody was polite and happy to have our business, which was somehow strangely lacking with other dealerships. All-in-all, a great experience. The service department was great too. I wish we could still avail ourselves of the Belmont branch, but having moved out to Ashland, it's no longer practical. I will definitely being paying Alex (if he's still there), and Cityside a visit next time we're in the market for a new/replacement vehicle. I recently bought a Honda which is a great car, but there is absolutely no comparison between their service departments and Cotyside's, and the buying process was marred with all sorts of complications. Dan and Cityside were the best I searched around for months to get a 2015 wrx and couldn't find one anywhere. I contacted dan at Cityside and he didn't have one at the time but a co I searched around for months to get a 2015 wrx and couldn't find one anywhere. I contacted dan at Cityside and he didn't have one at the time but a couple weeks later he called and said he one coming so I put the deposit down and by the next week it was there. I traveled all the at from New York to get it and dan had it waiting ready to go for when I got there! It was a pleasure dealing with him and his service was top notch! More

We have now owned four of these Subarus, and have bought three of them from Cityside without any regrets. We're very happy to own both a recent Forester and a new Crosstrek. Both Mark Lidano and Tom DAllesandro were thoroughly professional, and it made the entire transaction comfortable. More

I am a self professed car guy and don't need to be told where the oil goes or anything like that, so Peter skipped over that and helped with the really important stuff... Getting my Phone tied into the bluetooth and getting my Radio presets! Kidding to some degree, but he did spend the time to help me get aquainted with the handsfree system and all the other features of my brand new Subaru. Would absolutely recommend (and have) Peter to anyone and Cityside Subaru to EVERYONE! More
