When we picked up the car, Flavio helped us sync our phones and ensured that we knew what and where all the features are located in the car. I was considering either a Honda Accord or a Subaru. I can say that the local Honda dealer, and the sales staff, were not really very straight with me. They actually tried to renege on a deal we had just negotiated...of course I ran out of there. My great luck was coming to CitySide and meeting with Glen Dalton. Glen was excellent, well informed and professional in every way. I was able to come to a deal very quickly and took delivery as stated a few days later, a very straight forward and honest deal. I was about twenty-six when I bought my car, and it was my experience that car dealerships don't take young women seriously (that was the case at several other dealerships). Mark Lidano was always faultlessly respectful, professional, and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured-- I always felt like a valued customer. And to top it off, I got my dream car at a very reasonable price. That car has taken me across the country and back more than once. With past purchases, we would settle on a price after haggling, then would be co-erced into several thousand dollars worth of "add-ons" before the deal went through. It left a bad taste in my mouth. With Darren it was one price with factory add ons and very little negotiation. I felt we knew what things were at all times. I appreciate his soft sales manner and honesty. More
