I have never had an issue with my car or billing since I have been with Karen. At other places they give you one number and when you come to pick up your car, it's always more expensive. Not with city side and especially not with Karen. Only once did they find an issue with my car and she called to confirm with me before they did anything additional, and she told me my new billing price. OUTSTANDING! She lets me know about my scheduled maintenance and even lets me know what I should be considering in the future. I never feel pressured from her. She makes me very comfortable. The work is always done exactly like she says. Thank you Karen, and thank you to every mechanic who has serviced my vehicle. More

Excellent service and customer relations City side replaced a tire pressure sensor with only one day's notice, the process taking slightly more than an hour. Fast and efficient. Disappointing City side replaced a tire pressure sensor with only one day's notice, the process taking slightly more than an hour. Fast and efficient. Disappointing though was to learn that an oil change would entail leaving the car for a full day. My dealer/ service center in Hyannis will be able to do it while I wait for it, about an hour. More
