I just purchased my third Subaru Forester from Cityside Subaru and wouldn’t even think of going to another dealership. Everyone I met on the sales team was very friendly and nice. He was very thorough and I never felt any pressure to buy. The facility is brand new, spacious, and comfortable to wait in. There was minimal waiting as they streamline the whole process. I was very pleased with my CitySide Subaru experience. It was important for me to have a salesperson who would listen carefully to what I was looking for in a car. I walked away knowing that he fully understood and would make a good suggestion. I trusted him. We took the car for a test drive, he answered all my questions, pointed out the features, and I was ready to sign on a dotted line. From that point on, the process continued very smoothly. We agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and I was sent to see the "financial guy" (what was I going to be facing there?). Mike Nelson provided me with all the details of warranties and specials. He was very professional and straight forward. He was patient with me, handling all my questions. I felt very much at ease speaking with him.
