I had a great experience overall. Flavio was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Crosstrek. Even though he couldn't promise me a fast delivery for the vehicle I chose. He called me and informed me that there were 2 similar vehicles on their here from Japan, the only difference was the color. I originally had chosen a dark gray, however I agreed to black. This is our 4th time buying a car from CitySide Subaru and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-i and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-in, but it was fair. I was very much appreciative and suprised that a personal check was accepted for my balance payment. I will come back when it's time for a new car - but hopefully not for a while! I also plan on getting the major service done at Cityside. More

Except for still charging that unconscionable 'market adjustment' on top of the MSRP, the actual service was accurate, courteous, exceptionally help Except for still charging that unconscionable 'market adjustment' on top of the MSRP, the actual service was accurate, courteous, exceptionally helpful (making special arrangements for picking up the car, etc), and very very responsive. I want to be clear - the key to all the nice words about the dealership is Eric Burd, who did an exceptional job of handling our requests and taking care of us through the process.
