Crystal was very friendly and helpful. I put a deposit down over the phone the night before and they had everything ready to go to ensure a quick pickup the following morning. i was extremely happy with our salesman Rob, he was and is very knowledgeable with the Subaru vehicle. This is our first Subaru and with all of Rob's Help and Knowledge, i believe we will happy with our pu is very knowledgeable with the Subaru vehicle. This is our first Subaru and with all of Rob's Help and Knowledge, i believe we will happy with our purchase and will be buying new Subaru next year, for my husband. the 4 Stars review is because we had to pay over sticker price for the SUV and nowhere on the advertisement or sticker did it mention this surcharge, due to limited supply. So we were caught of guard and felt we should have been told before we test drove the vehicle. More
