They are friendly. They are busy. I believe the charge for the service we had was unreasonable. Our factory installed roof rack is rattling badly, so we brought it in f They are busy. They test drove it to determine where the sound was coming from, and they concluded it was the front crossbar. They quoted us $594.50 to replace just the crossbar. Everyone needs to make a profit, but that price is obscene. We did not have the crossbar replaced. I asked for a reduction in the evaluation fee of $165 to $100 or less. They reduced the fee to $150 for the drive test. Still unreasonable. More
