Sold me an overpriced Sienna which i understood as it's a big demand for the car now. Car was not ready to pick up until 3/31. But they started charging me monthly payments on 3/19. Tried to contact sales 3 big demand for the car now. Car was not ready to pick up until 3/31. But they started charging me monthly payments on 3/19. Tried to contact sales 3 times but never responds. Unbelievable they already overcharged so much and still wants to take advantage of 12 more days on the payments. The day I posted this review Marisela Guzman called me and offered to send me a check to reimburse for one month payment. Next week sure enough got the check in mail. I'm glad this dealership has someone looking over everything to help solve problems More

It was my first time here and didn't know the protocol. I was contacted when my car was ready, approached the service service center, was looking for my car, was told to go around the corner, didn't see my I was contacted when my car was ready, approached the service service center, was looking for my car, was told to go around the corner, didn't see my car, I was trying to get the attention of someone/anyone, finally someone helped me and explained the process to me that I would need to go to the cashier and then to the valet and they would bring my car to me. I was there for my 5k mile service for my new camry. Poor service. Once I got.my car back, some mints I had on the center console were gone. I looked everywhere, gone! I had just bought them, I had mint flavor and fruit flavor, the fruit flavor was gone! My tire pressure was 37 on the front tires and 35 on the rear. They should all be the same. I wonder if the 5k mile service was even completed. More
