Working with him was a breeze as he was honest and transparent which is exactly what I'm looking for when doing business. Happy with how Claremont toyota fixed this situation. Spoke with a representative Venessa, a Sr Sales manager at Claremont Toyota, over a couple weeks. After discussing on the phone that they have allocation coming in soon for rav 4 hybrids and that they were willing to negotiate on the dealer markups, I decided to take a drive over to the dealership. Immediately after getting out of my vehicle I was already getting hounded by one of the sales men (Juan) standing outside the dealership. I explained I wanted to speak with Venessa and that I had an appointment with her. After being brought inside, I was then told I would have to begin working with Juan, even though I had already spoken with Venessa on the phone multiple times and she knew what I was interested in. I played along, and heard the numbers on the rav 4 hybrids. I immediately was put in high pressure sales techniques; "We just sold 2 other of these and they are flying fast", "This pricing is the best pricing i've seen all day", "This is the best pricing I've seen on these, and I just sold one 10 minutes ago" . I was then told that the allocation numbers Venessa had told me to lure me into the dealership was incorrect, and that they would not budge on their 10k markup. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They only care about their markups and lying to customers to get them in the doors. More

Has a very limited amount of selection of models to choose from. Sold my car while looking for a new car there. The finance dept manager Febreezio was good at following up with me about getting the car choose from. Sold my car while looking for a new car there. After multiple attempts to contact him there was no response. 3 months later I contacted another manager and was finally able to receive the check. More
