Once I picked the one I was going to buy, Val made the remaining, sometimes boring parts of the car buying process very easy and pain free. I was in and out without issue and the car was ready in perfect condition right when they said it was supposed to be. Overall I was very happy with Val as a salesman, and Clay Subaru as a whole. I was working so a family member took the drive down from NH for me and was met by my sales rep Tony at the door. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though the truck was a trade in for them. I would recommend asking for him if you're interested in a car at this dealership. Finance department was fine, they pushed for me to let them run my credit even though I had already secured financing. Just doing their job, but they were unable to get me a lower rate and added another hard inquiry to my report. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership as my experience was great. More

2019 Crosstrek Limited. Cool Gray Khaki before I purchased my crosstrek, I researched several models and prices. I searched high and low for a dealership that would provide me with persona before I purchased my crosstrek, I researched several models and prices. I searched high and low for a dealership that would provide me with personal experience without ripping me off or treating me like just another customer. I was told by several other dealerships that my cost would be $3000 more and it would be 10 weeks to get the color that I wanted. Not to mention, some other places were very rude. When I came to Clay Subaru, I was immediately treated respectfully and I felt important to every single person there. Franco has a very down-to-earth personality and kept me updated each step of the way. Within a week, he secured the exact model and color that I was looking for. He was just excited about finding it as I was. A couple days later, I drove off the lot with my beautiful new car and saved a money. I would definitely go back to Clay Subaru and will continue to recommend prospective Subaru owners to go there first. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. 10 Stars! More
