We live a good 50 minute drive from Clinton Honda but had seen some very good reviews and were not disappointed. We were in the market for a new Accord and spoke with Charlie Bippart on the phone. We then seen some very good reviews and were not disappointed. We were in the market for a new Accord and spoke with Charlie Bippart on the phone. We then visited the dealership and were not at all pressed to purchase. Charlie patiently answered all our questions and seemed genuine. We then put a deposit down and Charlie called perhaps a week later to say our new car had arrived. We met with Charlie again, who patiently answered a few more questions, explained the warranties, showed us the features of the car, put in the floor mats, and introduced us to Mark Whitney in finance, who also was clear in explaining things to us (warranty again and pricing, etc.). What we especially appreciated was the lack of pressure to do or buy anything. We bought the car and drove home. Charlie called the following day to just touch base and ask how everything was and expressed his willingness to help us further if we had any additional questions or concerns. Loved dealing with Clinton Honda! More
