I have been a customer for about 10 years. Overall I have always had a good experience with service. I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My car is 10 years old but I try to take good care of it. When my car was finished at 12:45 and I was getting in it to leave I noticed there were grease stains on the drivers side floor mat. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back in the service area and mention it to one of the service representatives as I was already behind my schedule for the day. I figured I would just call the manger when I got home and let them know so the next person doesn’t have to go thru my experience. Why didn’t the service technician put paper down on the floor? I am not satisfied for 3 reasons . The first one is I had an appointment for 11am and I didn’t get my car till 12:45. I was willing to overlook the fact that it took over 1 1/2 hours for a oil change due the good service I usually get but then I saw the grease on the floor mat. The second on is the grease on the floor mat. Black grease on a tan floor mat is not good. Why should I have to clean grease off my floor mat? Evidently the technician (Nick Racano) was not considerate of my car. Unfortunately it makes me wonder what kind of job he did. I don’t have anyway to check his work. I did check all the fluids and the levels are all above min but not at max so I figure they weren’t topped off. The third reason is the cost. I paid $57.79 with a $5 discount . I know we are in inflationary times but $60 for a oil change and tire rotation is too high. More

I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have had bar none!!!! Let me start out by mentioning that my sales person Joe Vizzi was the best!!! He reached out to me about 2 weeks ago to wish have had bar none!!!! Let me start out by mentioning that my sales person Joe Vizzi was the best!!! He reached out to me about 2 weeks ago to wish me a happy anniversary on my previous 2018 Honda and also to let me know that he had an opportunity to get me into a new vehicle for the same cost of what I was currently paying on my 2018 Honda. I was skeptical but Joe assured me that he could make this happen nd sure enough the car came in when he said it would, contacted me and we made the deal. The process was so smooth and fast I couldn’t believe it.. I had bad memories of other dealerships where the process took all day. Not the case here. They had everything ready when I arrived. I signed the paperwork and that was it. I also would like to mention that Joe took the time to go over every feature in the car and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like a client but he made me feel like a friend and I really appreciated that. I would also like to mention the gentleman who took care of the financial paperwork was also outstanding. He also stayed on the phone for an hour and a half while we tried to reach my Insurance Company on a Saturday to get the temporary binder so we could drive the car home that day. We had the pleasure of working with our salesperson Joe Vizzi. Let’s face it who really enjoys buying a new car especially in a shortage of all things car related and beyond. He didn’t use scare tactics or play games to pressure us to commit to buying a car (which one pretty much has to put a deposit and then wait doe the car to arrive) He was patient when we were uncertain about selecting and by proceeding with a car purchase. Everything was done over the phone which was a super easy and time saving process for everyone involved. Joe kept us informed on the pending arrival of the car to the dealership. When the car arrived we had some barriers to getting into the deAlership to finalize purchase and bring out new baby home. Joe was flexible and even offered to stay late to accommodate our hectic schedules. All in all a pleasant experience in an otherwise stressful situation. Joe is a standup guy. More
