The reason is simple , you are family to them, recently my daughter had her Honda Civic totaled as she was hit from behind, the team at Clinton Honda worked with us and she got a 2018 Honda HRV , 3 weeks after getting the car, it was flooded out during Hurricane IDA in NJ, my daughter was obsviously very upset , Charlie , Mark , and Alex worked immediately before insurance was complete to ensure she had another car available when insurance, last week she got the 2019 Honda HRV from Clinton Honda , you could see from the staff's faces, they were happy for her.
