Excellent customer service! When I started looking for a new truck, Joe Vizzi reached out to me, and my first thought was, "Why would I buy from a dealership 40 miles away?" But after talking to Joe, I rea new truck, Joe Vizzi reached out to me, and my first thought was, "Why would I buy from a dealership 40 miles away?" But after talking to Joe, I realized, "Why not?" Joe answered all my questions about my Ridgeline, and provided great guidance as I made my decision. He went the extra mile (no pun intended) when I couldn't get to the dealership to take delivery, he brought my truck to my door. As someone who's been in customer service myself for 30 years, I can say that Joe and Mike Racano really understand what excellent customer service is.
