I was already leasing a 2016 Honda HRV when I schedule my appointment with Joe. He did his homework and by the time I met with him, he had multiple options for starting a new lease. His exact words were "I want to make this as easy as possible for you". After one test ride, I was all set to take home my new HRV. The salesman was Feliks Samiter and he answered all our questions with his own enthusiasm for Hondas without being pushy. The CRV EXL may have sold itself, but Feliks made us comfortable and confident that he had led me to the right car.
