Well, let me tell you, Charlie Bippart is an absolute gem, a throwback to a time when follow up and customer service actually meant something not only to consumers but to the sellers as well. I did an online search, found the car/line/color combination that I wanted, and called the 5 dealers in my area who had it. Charlie picked up the phone, listened to my financial request, and said he would speak to his business manager and call me back in 10 minutes. Yeah, I thought, heard that before. Well wouldn't you know that he called me back in 8 minutes, told me he could make the financial terms work, and a few texts later I was the proud owner. Since I live 60 minutes away, Charlie agreed to pick me up at the halfway point and drive me down, wouldn't have been possible to find an uber driver otherwise. I can't recommend Charlie enough. Professional, focused, no-nonsense, and was able to craft a better financial deal than half a dozen other dealerships in the area. Thanks Charlie! More

Joe returns calls and emails within the hour and gets right down to business. There are at least 5 Honda dealers closer to me but it is worth my time to drive an hour for the value and respect I receive from Joe. More
