They have a great selection of certified pre-owned vehicles and I was emailed by Joe Vizzi about coming in to talk about the inventory they had. When I arrived Joe was very professional and kept the discussion about getting a car that worked for the budget I gave him. Joe did not try to show me cars out of my budget and kept conversations about cars that would make me feel good about the decision I eventually would make. Joe did a great job on his part however the process of getting the car is still a lot longer than I would like and that is the only reason i gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. More

This was the easiest lease I ever did. Joe has amazing customer service skills and really was great to work with. Ajay in Finance was very pleasant to deal with to finish up the paperwork. Although I no longer work there, I still drive 60 miles round trip to have my car serviced by Clinton Honda. I think this conveys my assessment of the Service Department more succinctly than anything else I could say. For over 10 years my car has been serviced exclusively by you right down to the oil changes. The Service Rep and Technical staffs are clearly superior. Customers are treated with respect, patience, efficiency, and the utmost courtesy by professionals who are obviously experts in their jobs. I wish I had words that even began to convey my total trust and confidence in the capability of the team, and my appreciation of the kindness with which I am always met - I feel like family when I walk in. I want to particularly mention the two people with whom I have the most contact who also handled the most recent servicing: Deb Skelton and John Pene. Deb is the best of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and, she explains the work needed and why clearly and patiently. At checkout she always has everything together ahead of time so there is no waiting or delay. You can't find a better ambassador for your organization.. she could not possibly be more pleasant or helpful. It truly is a pleasure to work with her. I appreciate her treatment of me more than I can convey. Although I don't typically speak to the technical teams, over the years John has done extensive maintenance to my car including an engine replacement and has on occasion participated in conversations with me. He could not possibly be kinder or more patient. His extreme expertise is abundantly clear even to someone like me who has none.. I trust his assessment and perspectives completely. He has taken meticulous care of my car. And he is, as is Deb, simply the nicest person you are going to meet. He is, as is Deb, a huge asset to your team. More
