Despite the short time-frame that we had to work with to arrange the car-lease for a Honda Fit LX Gil and the rest of the Clinton Honda sales team worked very hard in arranging the loan approval and sale. As a recent college graduate and my first time leasing a car I appreciated the time and effort everyone put forth as I know many dealerships wouldn't bother with someone of my age range especially when limited to such a purchase. The first car I ever owned was a red 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback with a 5 speed transmission. I had been wanting to get into another manual for some time and the new Honda Civic models are slick. Ultimately I went with a Honda Civic SI (non-hatchback) with a 6 speed manual transmission. Amazing car. They had to send someone to a different dealership to get the car I was looking for and I picked it up at about 6 pm. I went in, they found the car I wanted, I went back to my bank and got their financing (not that the Honda financing was bad, I just got a slightly better rate), went home and ate a late lunch, then went and picked up the car. Great dealership, would send any of my friends or family to the dealership. More

Charlie was my salesman on all my leases and the buy. He has a good way about him, not too pushy and he listens to the customer. The whole experience was good but when dealing with the Finance Man I felt that he was semi friendly until I did not purchase any extras and then he became less friendly and just went through the motions of completing the paperwork. Kind of put a little damper on the experience. More
Quick, easy and no hassle buying process After purchasing my 2009 Honda Pilot at Clinton Honda and having it serviced there for over 223,000 miles of driving, it was finally time to make a ch After purchasing my 2009 Honda Pilot at Clinton Honda and having it serviced there for over 223,000 miles of driving, it was finally time to make a change. When I took it in for service and diagnosis on warning lights, Debb Skelton confirmed what would be needed for future repairs (their analysis matched what I had found through the use of a separate tool and app), and she suggested how to temporarily monitor the car rather than immediately putting in high cost part replacements. I decided to look at what was available for Certified Pre-Owned Pilots on the Clinton Honda website that same day and found a 2016 Touring model that looked ideal. I submitted an inquiry through the site and Bill Ripka reached out to me almost immediately. When I went back to pick up my 2009 Pilot from service, Bill introduced me to Charlie Bippart, who showed me the 2016 Pilot and went out with me on a test drive. Charlie was excellent to work with: upfront, honest, friendly, and conscientious. We finalized pricing, talking several times during the week, even on Charlie's day off, and I went back in a week to finish the purchase. Charlie got me in and out of the dealership quickly with John Butto efficiently moving through all of the paperwork. Overall it was a replica of the first-rate experience I had previously with purchasing my 2009 Pilot, and the type that will keep me coming back as a customer of Clinton Honda. More
