We understand you need to make a profit. But, buyers don't want to feel taken. Truly wish such "bargaining" did not have to take place. If I owned a dealership ... I would be sure my sales employees offered the price listed on the many Internet services .... no hassling. Our salesman was Scott Dysart. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. A plus for your company. Judy Meier was also very pleasant. Frankly, I feel you do yourself a disservice trying to sell extra services. Customers know there is a huge markup on these and shy away from. Then again, I did not buy a Honda because I thought it was going to fall apart. More
