When we were undecided about a color, she even called us when they got one to the dealership (it was a different model) just so we could see the color in person. Trading in the truck we had for 10 years was emotional for us and she understood the difficulty in letting go and did not pressure us to make the deal. She was always available for our visits, phone calls and emails. As they did not have the model we wanted, Rachel scouted around and found just the one we wanted, had it delivered to their dealership and had all the options we ordered installed.
